We appreciate that many people will find the coming months very challenging.  If we were in school together at a time like this, we would be drawing on lessons from our faith to help us through.  St. Matthew's Church have created a Youtube channel which includes some thoughts and reflections which some members of the school community may find useful at this time.  Youtube link

Students may find this period of uncertainty distressing, where ever possible we will strive to support them and their families during this time. Students can look after their mental wellbeing by participating in exercise where possible (yoga, walking, dancing), ensuring they reach out to people if needed and taking time out to relax. There are a number of charities that offer support to young people:

Children's Society

Kooth
