Mental Health Toolkit
This toolkit (click on the link below) aims to support the emotional wellbeing of all students. A number of mental health self-care strategies have been included, giving students the tools to look after their own mental welfare. Details of external organisations and their contact details are also signposted, with information on appropriate websites, helplines and apps. Both parents and students can use the booklet to identify relevant support and tools which may help.Mental Health ToolkitWatch Video
