Our weekly assemblies at Church are a special time for the whole school to come together. The assembly before the Easter break was made all that more special when our old Senior Student Leadership Team stood at the podium. They addressed the whole school to raise awareness on the topic of Homelessness in the UK. Their assembly was well-thought out, and presented with conviction and professionalism.
We are always moved by the compassion that our pupils can show to the wider community; whoever they be and whatever circumstances they may be facing.
Right 12 is “Respect for Children’s Views- children have the right to give their opinions freely on issues” and as a Rights Respecting School we are so proud to give over this platform to out pupils so they can express their views.
