Due to JCQ Regulations and Data Protection Laws we are only allowed to keep certificates for a limited period of time before they are required to be destroyed.
Certificates are often required to prove eligibility for further education and/or for employment. If students do not collect their certificates and they are destroyed anyone requiring replacement certificates would need to contact the individual exam boards at a cost of up to £45.00 per certificate. It is therefore recommended that students collect their results while they are available from the academy.
There are three ways to collect-
1- In person: students will need to provide a form of identification (ID) in order to collect their results.
2- Email exams@bluecoatacademy.org the following:
I NAME (state full name) give permission for NAME (state full name) to collect my exam certificates from Blue Coat CE Academy on my behalf.
My Date of Birth is:

The individual collecting will need to provide ID on collection.
3- Complete the consent form within your email/letter.
