Walsall FC’s Aaron Pressley and Harrison Burke talk resilience and integrity on and off the pitch

March 5, 2026

Year 8 and Year 9 students were lucky enough to have Aaron Pressley and Harrison Burke from Walsall FC into class last Thursday (26th February 2026). They talked to the classes about resilience and integrity and how these attributes are skills for life, not just for football. Harrison particularly spoke about how being punctual for him means not just being on time but being early. They also spoke about it being okay to make mistakes and enjoy what you do. The students were able to engage in a Q&A session, receive some progress awards and even get their booklets signed. All part of the Assist 2 Achieve and Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust sessions and two lucky students were presented with plaques signed by the first-team squad. A big thank you to the lads and Walsall F.C for their continued support.
