The pupils completed the voices of Equality programme earlier this year, then attended the annual conference in Manchester in March. They complied their applications, which included some incredible personal statements, and have achieved the honour of representing the Trust. They could now be taking part in regional and national meetings, speaking at official events and spend time with other ambassadors. What a fantastic opportunity and achievement; we could not be prouder. Well done girls! Congratulations on your ongoing commitment to challenging all forms of prejudice and discrimination.Being aware of and accepting people's faith, culture & religion are direct values we embrace as a Rights Respecting School and promote the British Values we

French Visit to Normandy

28 Apr 2025

At the start of the Easter break, pupils and staff enjoyed a residential trip to Normandy. This has been a very successful trip in previous years and this year has been no exception! The group started their trip by catching a very early coach which took them to the port where they embarked on crossing The Channel via a ferry trip. Their accommodation, The Chateau, was very impressive. From here they took part in many different activities including exploring the grounds and surrounding woodland, archery, fencing, baking, campfires, games and more. Day trips included visiting a mini farm, supermarche and of course the Bayeux Tapestry. This trip gave the pupils a chance experience French language and culture and they did very much enjoy making such special memories with their peers.
